Model Meats is a good local butcher shop with fantastic and friendly service. The staff is wonderful, super friendly, and helpful. They offer great products and amazing meat, including the best beef jerky, spicy beef jerky, beer sticks, smokies, and top-notch bacon. Customers can buy freezer packs, prime rib, or even half a cow. They do pretty much anything you could want, like making specific sausage recipes, and package it exactly as requested. Everything is great quality at a good price, saving money on groceries. It is highly recommended.

Good local butcher shop. I've had them make me up specific recipes for sausages and there's never been an issue from them to do it. They package it exactly how I wanted.
