Had a terrible experience at Kal Tire here in Weyburn. They damaged my tire and shooed me out the door when suggesting I buy 4 brand new. Had Zach at Fountain Tire give me a professional opinion on my tire and he had my tire fixed in under 10 minuets! Thank you so much for helping a guy out!

I come here when it's too cold to put air in my tires myself cause I'm a whimp, and they never judge. They are always so kind and just do it for me. They were also amazing and donated used tires to the daycare :)

Wish I could give 0 stars ,trying to get after hour service there is impossible ,pretty sad for a business that's supposed to provide it ,kaltire is the place to go if you want good service

Dropped off tire for repair and left instructions and phone number to be called when repair completed so I could come back in and get tires switched out and my spare put back under my truck, this was at 7:30am.No call, I had to call them back at 3pm to see if the tire was repaired. The person answering didn't know anything about my tire. Finally, i was told the tire wasn't repairable as it had a tear in the sidewall, and they didn't have a comparable tire in stock.I am from out of town working in the area and was heading to Medecine Hat that evening for another project.

Called them last week, they said they would order me a tire. Even booked an install date, no phone back. So I had to go with another shop, as I needed one ASAP. Poor customer service and lack of effective communication.

From the office staff to the tire technician, an excellent group of people. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with, always helpful and pleasant at Weyburn and really any FT location especially my local FT at Beaumont in Alberta, wouldn't go to any other big main tire company and definitely NOT the 1 than begins with a "K"

Don't bother making an appointment because apparently they're too busy for a paying repeat customer. Not even a phone call to say they cant do it even though i was booked in didn't find out until i made a special trip and walked in the door

Came in for an oil change and all the staff was wonderful. They were quick and courteous. Was also cheaper than I expected! Always a plus! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend for all your tire and vehicle needs, they have done great for my wife's car keeping us on the road many times. Patched tires replaced for us a set all within reasonable price and amazing service. ???? staff is extremely friendly and take care of their customers. Once even had a caliper done we were expecting to be replacing. They fixed the issue and saved us hundreds.

Wow what a dirty place. Inch of dust everywhere. I called down and asked if they were busy, the guy said yes very busy no way they could fit me in. I drive by while going for a coffee and the place is empty. pulled in and got my tires on with no wait at all. Not sure why they lied and said they were super busy. Guess the guys just didn't want to have to do any work.Used to love this place a few years ago, now it's just a run down bargain basement shop.pros: one of the techs shares his wife with anyone who asks.Con: Dirty. Poor service. ugly wife.

Had to get my wife’s tire patched today. My experience was great. First time being there I might add since we just moved here a month ago. The guy told me he had to show me something so I was expecting the worse. Here the guy accidentally Knecht my rim with the Machine. Not like it was a big deal can barely tell. But he told me I didn’t have to pay even though I said it was a big deal cause I mean it was an accident. But he told me not worry about so. Definitely will be coming back when I need tires or something done. Thanks guys. And again. It wasn’t a big deal that it happen.
