I was need of an SGI inter-provincial safety check and these guys got me scheduled in quickly, they replaced the muffler on my suv same day at an affordable rate! The dude working the desk was very friendly. I would return for further service requirements.

They had my husbands vehicle for 3 weeks. Obviously misdiagnosed the issue but still charged for all parts and labour… to get the truck back and be broken down on the side of the road waiting to get towed home, with the truck running with the same issue it came in with. Not happy in any way and really sucks to have to call someone else to do the job that should have been diagnosed the first week. Stuck at square one and out thousands. Had it towed all the way to weyburn as we heard good reviews. Can’t say we will recommend after this issue.Update- they were aware of what was wrong with the truck and how it was running. They were aware an older motor was put into truck and that a previous mechanic had did the cam shaft all before agreeing to work on it and us tow it to weyburn for them. He had explained the whole situation and everything they had tried to fix it before we had brought it to weyburn. But again, back to square one.

I went here before for a lighting issue and they fixed it quick and for a good price. But that’s not the reason for 5 stars. I changed my alternator myself and still wasn’t getting good voltage and they help troubleshoot it and fix it all for no charge and they were very nice and helpful. I will always take my business here

Great place. Good work done at a reasonable price. Good people to deal with. Knowledgeable mechanics and there range of work they can perform on all vehicles is wide. Only issue I have and why I gave them 4 stats instead of 5. Is that you have to almost book a month in advance for bigger jobs and a week or two in advance for smaller jobs. This just means they are busy which is definitely not bad.

While traveling across Canada, the exhaust cracked between the catalytic converter and resonator. Poor Boys had great reviews and we tried calling along the road, but no answer (note: we later learned that they close for lunch from noon - 1 pm). Made it to Fountain Tire, but they didn't have anyone available for the repair, and suggested Poor Boys. Everyone at Poor Boys was friendly and helpful. The technician, Adam was able to cut out cracked area and sleeve on a new pipe to make the connection. Had it fixed up and back on the road in a hour. It turned out to be our lucky day, after all.
