“Today, I purchased a projector from Canadian Tire in Weyburn. While I was initially excited about the product, I realized after returning home that I had forgotten to purchase an HDMI cable. A few hours later, I returned to the store with unpacked projector & approached the cashier for assistance.Not only did she helped me find the right HDMI cable for the projector, but I also mentioned that I had previously purchased a speaker from same store & was now looking for an AUX cable to go with it.

Despite not having the speaker with me, the cashier went above & beyond by looking up my previous purchase in the system & guiding me to the correct accessory. She was so professional, patient & incredible helpful throughout. Her colleague, a gentleman who regularly assists me during my visits, also stepped into help with a warm smile & excellent product knowledge.

I frequently visit this location with my 7 years old Son & its always a positive experience. We are consistently greeted with kindness, & today's experience was another great example of top-tier customer service this store provides.

Though the receipt does not show names, my second purchase today was made at 5.57pm, & I trust that management will recognize both the cashier & the gentleman who assisted me. A heartfelt thank you to both for their professionalism & commitment to customer care.

This is the kind of service that keeps me & my Son coming back.
