I always enjoy and appreciate coming here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are willing to help out, or in my case watch me struggle politely and then helping without judgement when I can't find something. Appreciate everyone here, it's like having family help out.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes very difficult to return items. Had bought a screen door there, we almost had it all installed and realized the actual sliding screen door was broken on the inside so couldn't be used. Home hardware refused to return it and the warranty for the door through the company was obsolete as they didn't even make screen doors anymore. Won't buy a large purchase item there anymore.
