The staff is very helpful. I bank there if I can't understand why my cell phone isn't working they help. I'm glad they are there to help their customers ?.The other day a lady was sitting in a chair and she was next in line to stand up and do her banking the banker told her to stay sitting she would go to her. This lady was having trouble to stand and walk to the cashier. I've never seen a bank staff member help out like they did.I'm proud for the BMO staff they are priceless.
