The prices are fair, especially considering that it's open 24/7 and there's never a line-up. I also use the app to earn points, which helps offset the slightly higher prices. This place is fantastic! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that twice this month, the debit machine was out of order, and I rarely carry cash.

East Indian cashier is racist towards Indigenous people and lied about "not knowing who her manager" is. Slurpee straws kept behind counter and when you ask for one and open, there's no garbage to dispose. I left it on the counter as it's the stores responsibility to assist customers if they are imposing inconvenient 'straw theft' policies (not a problem in Canada maybe in India). Cashier immediately demanded I take straw paper outside to garbage, and I refused, advising her it "was her job" to help customers dispose of garbage from purchases if no garbage readily available and she yelled "no it's not" repeatedly demanding me to take it with me. My 12 year old son was with me and scared by her inexcusable customer service conduct. Also the sign telling customers to get straws from the cashiers is misspelled and backwards "bring" not "get" straws from cashier, obvious unacceptable low level of English in Canada. I usually love 7-11 but this store is terrible with a nasty entitled and poorly trained cashier who feels like she is safe to perpetuate hate.

today my experience was bad at 7-eleven on Broadway east in Yorkton SK, dont go there during day shift because the 2 workers there are so rude and made me feel stupid, sorry they hate their job , i guess the fact that they are long time 7-eleven workers that they should know better. go to the West Broaday store instead where they are awsome
