I will never go to this to send any item again. Very bad experience and worst customer service.

Photocopying needs to still be available. There needs to be a price list based on envelope size or the worker should be offering options on how to save money. Prices now are ridiculous so customer service is a 0. Could've saved me 20 bucks, thanks a lot.
