Showed up during hours and they locked doors for no reason even though there's people waiting outside

More than once the cashiers scan my tickets and then tell me they do not have cash to pay me my winnings. I will be talking to the manager when I can because I am sure I am not the only one this happens to. Don't scan tickets if you can pay the winnings.

We ordered skip the dishes from here, we order two kinds of monster and we were sent one can that was neither of the kinds we order and we ordered a brisk iced tea lemonade and we’re sent an orange drink
