If you need to go early morning, expect it locked! Went again this morning & guy is sleeping so he just locks door when supposed to be open. Usually can see him with feet up zonked out. Must be nice to get paid for napping! Not the 1st time he's done it either.

Showed up during hours and they locked doors for no reason even though there's people waiting outside

More than once the cashiers scan my tickets and then tell me they do not have cash to pay me my winnings. I will be talking to the manager when I can because I am sure I am not the only one this happens to. Don't scan tickets if you can pay the winnings.
