I was in contact with Kendall concerning this issue over email for a few days. they were amazing and helped reship the same product shortly after, while also changing the courier and mentioning that they included extra bubble wrap this time lol! She goes above and beyond to ensure drug coverage, considering substitutions when needed and answering any questions. “I am here out of town for work and I am without transportation unfortunately. I have forgotten my medication and I ordered from the wrong pharmacy and ended up accidentally ordering across town from where I am. I called pharmasave to cancel and he offered to deliver it to me at my hotel for free. This is incredible service and I am absolutely blown away. I come from Alberta and there isn't a single pharmacy I could think of that would do this for a patient they have never met. Hat goes off to the young man on the phone as he's was nothing short of amazing!”

“If I were to say one word to describe the service I received on the evening of July 8th at Shoppers in Yorkton, it would be WOW! I often get good service at stores and restaurants, however my experience with this one cashier went beyond. Caylee F. was so personable and friendly. She joked around, which I love! She was able to multitask by ringing in my purchases and remained engaged with me the entire transaction, especially because my transaction wasn’t an easy one with over $50 (close to 30 items) being on clearance it took extra time, but she did it so quickly, I was amazed! My brother was with me as well and he was blown away by her customer service skills and he is a bit harder to please. He said the young girl deserves such praise and will go a long way in life with how amazing she was. He said it’s too bad that people aren’t paid by their work performance and skills, compared to those that don’t try as hard and don’t seemed to even want to be there, but all get paid the same minimum wage. He said for workers as good as she was, she deserves more as she seems to be a very valuable employee, and these days workers like this wonderful young gal are hard to come by. I actually had to come back a second time that evening because I had forgotten something, Caylee had remembered me and I received the same great service from her, as I did earlier. Shoppers Drug Mart is very lucky to have Caylee F, as their employee. Keep up the great work!”
“Park, pay for a cart, and away you go. Right into the liquor store..... I don't think this was a great move for Superstore. That aside, the rest of the place is as good as I expected from a superstore. Straight ahead to produce, and the rest is straightforward. Good produce here. Always fresh and better prices than other local competitors. It's hard to get help finding things. Staff are few and far between.”
Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
