Went in on a Thursday to get gas and used both caa and air miles to get the 5cents off of the gas per litre. Was overcharged at the pump so I went in before I filled it up and pointed out the discrepancy. The east Indian lady working there was very rude when I pointed out the error. She was very unintelligent and unaccomadating. She kept denying and I even showed her the receipt. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you can't handle an easy Job like that go work somewhere else and fix your bad attitude!!! Steer clear from this place like the plague. Unless you like bad customer service.

I was playing scratchers yesterday (July 11th 2024) and I had won 20$ and a free pack and when I went in the cashier only gave me the 20$ worth in scratchers back (like I had asked for) but refused to give me the free pack of the super scratch packs, I had gotten my ticket back (would not give me the receipt) and now I can’t cash it anywhere because he had already marked it as claimed, would not recommend coming here for any lottery tickets or scrathers.

Not a great gas station. Only come here because of company gas card. No debit card option at pumps. Better gas stations around the area.

Always ask for a receipt. I had a gut feeling that something wasn't right about the price because It shouldn't have been that high, so i asked for a receipt, and I noticed they charged me extra on a few of the items I gotten. Again, ask for a receipt when shopping here. Who knows how many times this has happened.

Self service in all the places visited but some do not have online payment service but they have balance and good convenience with good car wash services.

Prepay fuel only, pay at the pump doesnt work. Staff belligerent with customers frustration over broken equipment.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have pulled up in the middle of the afternoon and been told I can't fill with gas or grab a jug of milk because they are about to close. My family members have been disrespected by staff here and overcharged when trying to pre-authorize for gas at the pump. The outside pumps rarely work. Staff and management are argumentative and lack courtesy. I would drive out of my way to use another gas station and I highly recommend you do the same.

Came in to redeem my Airmiles points for gas however the attendant told me that I can redeem only them point at Shell Gas Station. I was confused and look outside if I am at the different Gas Station, he said that I can only redeem my points in Shell Melville. WOW from Yorkton to Melville just to Redeem my airmiles points. I told him that I Redeemed my Points for gas at this location way back then but he said again it never happen that in this store because since then we cant redeem Airmiles Reward points for Gas!

Hate giving bad reviews, but this gas station would definitely be my last choice in town. The inside is clean and the staff is always friendly. But their gas pumps are so garbage it's not even funny. Half the cards I try to pay with never work, I have to go inside, and I have no issues with those cards at ANY other gas station. They are very slow, takes forever to actually get your gas. And 9/10 times those pumps don't print a receipt at whichever one I go to. I've also heard some scary stories about contaminated gas here before. If they fixed their pumps it would be alot better, complete turn-off dealing with those stupid things.

Thank you to Denis at this Shell Station in Yorkton. We were traveling back from LaRonge to Winnipeg, staying over night in Yorkton on Sept. 29th. Just before turning in for the night at the Holiday Inn we noticed heavy snow falling and not being prepared for this in September we worried about our vehicle being covered in ice and snow in the morning. We went to the Shell station on Smith where Denis was working. He went to the back to find a brush and scrapper in their supplies however due to this time of year none were available. He immediately went to his car and pulled out his own brush/scrapper, gave it to us and said we could have his. We said we would drop it off in the morning. and he said , it's yours, your welcome to have it. He said he would get himself another. We offered to pay him for it however he wouldn't accept anything for it. Wow, what a wonderful person. So thankful he was there, cant thank him enough. This is the kind of service persons we need more of. Thank you Denis, you made a difference for us !!!!
