We purchased a chesterfield and loveseat from Jennifer at The Brick in Yorkton and are very pleased with the whole experience. The set that we purchased were not in the store and we were told that we would be able to pick them up likely two weeks later as they would not be supplied till then. We got a call from Jennifer a week early to tell us we could pick them up early. We confirmed the actual arrival into Yorkton and picked them up. We are very happy with the look and comfort of them. Everything works well and were very easy to set up. We are very happy with this experience at The Brick and in particular Jennifer as she kept in contact with us along the way!

We purchased a few items several years ago and have since moved away from Yorkton. The warranty credit is available for us to spend. Jenn was so helpful over the phone on how to use the credit. In addition she guided me on how to do a manufacture warranty on a mattress the we purchased over 6 years ago.

The people are not friendly and there, warrantee sucks. Read the fine print!!!!! If you buy the extension you have to spend a certain large amount to get it back!! They told us June but when we went in they said oh no next June! Watch out they know how to word it when they sell it..not my favorite place now after buying so much.

Manager is the worst ever to deal with ever.Returned a fridge with an insurance paid on it, only the money of the item was given back but not the insurance money. Made me coming back and fourth for how many months even called The Brick customer support. The support guy on the phone told me that I should be able to get the money at the store but the Manager I think Zartan is his name insist that it was not there. Out frustration I just ended up taking stuff from the store that I really don't need cause that is what he only allowed me to do. I ask for the receipt for all the items that I took so I can verify it against the actual amount of the insurance money that I'm suppose to be getting back and was told that he will just send it to me to my email address. Untill now how many months had past didn't receive any email or anything. Now I'm actually in need of a new TV and I wanna come back there as much as I want to buy one but because of the very bad experiences Mr Zartan gave me I'm just gonna go somewhere else.
I just felt really bad cause I bought all my appliances and furniture at The Brick here in Yorkto since I bought my house 12 years ago and never experienced this bad treatment and experiences untill he came at the store as a manager. The Brick Yorkton is loosing a lot of business because your Manager there and I hope you do something about it.

This store's delivery service is the most frustrating service I've ever had to deal with. I ordered an item mid March and received the wrong item, I asked for an exchange for the correct item and they agreed to do the exchange. It is now currently mid June and still have yet to receive my item. I've called over 20 times asking about my item and they lie and come up with excuses everytime and don't deliver. Best bet is to pick it up yourself ... don't get them to deliver because in my experience they don't!

We’ve been a customer for 11 years and have dealt with Jen for everything from beds to appliances and we cannot recommend her enough. Always great service and treats us like family.

Worst store ever!!!!! I bought a bed frame on Nov 2023 but the frame was missing of parts. I keep on follow up to them but up to now May 2024 the parts still not delivered. How inconvenience it is!!!never come back to buy again anything to them ??
