I don't know what is the relevance of where i was born and what is my nationally on claiming a money? As long as i have the identification that I'm the person that is supposed to claim the money, who cares about where i was born or my nationally. This are the questions that lady there ask me. It was a bit rude to ask those questions.

Went into here and there was a new lady working, we requested a service he had not come across before. She called her boss, and found out how to do the service and was super helpful and really nice.
