Called in refill, stated it would be ready yesterday. Drive 45 min to get here and they said they have no record of it. Told me it would be 2 hr wait!! Oh and then they are closed a half hour for lunch. Did not plan and cannot spend 2 1/2 hrs in Abbeville SC!!
Here is an add on: The overworked pharmacist, who also had to be working the check out did expedite my order.
Do not leave any refill requests on the answer system. They don't get them.
Employees are friendly, cooperate office should be ashamed of how they've treated this needed store.

After many years of waiting for pharmacy times to improve, still waiting. Maybe they need to hire more help. Another thing is it is the only pharmacy available in a town that has a small hospital with an emergency room. How do you leave the emergency room with a prescription that cannot be filled? Pharmacy needs to at least be open the same times as the store part is not shorter times. Please be considerate of your patients that are leaving the emergency room with an acute condition that requires the expedience of being able to get their medications. Most pharmacies that are located near emergency rooms have extended hours for this purpose.

I had a smooth visit at CVS today, I was able to find my item, and I did self check out. It was quick after a short line in about 30 seconds..I was checked out in about two minutes. My visit went very well..

Chappies CVS I've ever dealt with. The pharmacist barely speaks English. They don't call when prescriptions are ready, when you call to check they aren't helpful in any way. It's a disappointment every time I have to deal with them. 1 start is too much for this location.

Not happy today my breathing meds just do not go from $0 copay to a $35 copay like this I been on this medication this is 4 months there hasn't been a copay charge now the 4th month it goes to $35 no way somebody pissed off cause I kicked their restaurant out of my phone pryer to going to CVS

This is the worse pharmacy anywhere, never have prescriptions ready even after they call about refilling. They are rude and just don't care. We had 17 prescriptions at CVS and now we move all our prescriptions to Savitz drug store where we get great service always.

I have shopped at CVS in Abbeville SC f I r Years and haven't ever had problems .. I am a 76 yr old lady abd have been diagnosed with 3 different leg medical diagnoses .. To go thru drive-thru to pick up prescriptions if I need anythingc and they will get me what I need such (Zyrtec, Tylenol, bandage, a certain vitamin and once a pill slicer, eye drops to cold medications .. This has helped me as I am losing my balance !! Thank You CVS ?
