I'm surprised that this store isn't better than it is. The store is crumbling and such a mess it's difficult to shop it. I waited in a long line to try on clothes because they only had 3 dressing rooms open for use. I asked about it and was told some dressing rooms were being used for storage instead of for customer use. Then she added that they also don't have the staff to open all the dressing rooms and keep up with them. I understand the mall is being rebuilt and this store is in a difficult situation right now with construction all around it but this is not good for keeping the local shoppers coming to spend their money. I hope someone with the ability to pass this on to corporate sees this review.

i would give this bell a 0 stars if i could. a woman named minnie pearl was so incredibly rude to me and my mother: it’s so upsetting to visit a place you’ve been going for the past 15 years of your life and be treated so poorly. just truly despicable behavior.

Good selection of men's plus sizes. Well maintained store. Nice staff but not enough folks to check you out. Saw one lady with a potential large purchase leave because lack of cashier help.

I when in there today 11/22/23 and I don’t think I will be coming back. I wanted to buy a cologne but it seemed like the lady wasn’t interested in saleing I then asked about a gift set and she was very rude. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I went look some pajamas. I found exactly what I was looking and interacted with several staff members who were exceptionally nice. I do wish they would remodel the store to give it a cleaner, fresher look

The store is nasty bathrooms are nasty & the workers are nasty especially the worker Jasmine & the manager was very rude. I was followed around for 2 hours while shopping. I've never ever been followed like that before. Jasmine accused me of stealing when clearing I wasn't & the manager hung up on me twice I will never go to belk again.

Excellent customer service! I placed my order online. When I got there I selected that I was there through the app and as I walked in Katherine had my order ready to go! 5 Stars!!!

There's a different selection of nice quality clothing. Sometimes the deals are pretty good. Store is usually a little disheveled and it always has high priced goods on "sale". Similar to a Kohls store.

I was looking for dress slacks 38W x 34L. They had two pairs, one in "chocolate " brown. It was ugly but fit, and the other were Haggar, and the cut didn't fit.The check out lady was nice enough and offered to order something for me, but I had already found the items online. Too bad their shipping is pathetic. Overall, Belk seems more like K- Mart, just before they folded.

I'm always so disappointed in here. I can never find anything in my size. There's always one or two of something and it's never my size. And I never get their coupons!! Hmmm... I miss Dillard's and SteinMart!
