Such a terrible experience here. Horrible working hours don't care about there customers. Needed a rental to get to work and wouldn't help me. That's even going through insurance they make you wait. I need a car now! To go to work and put food in my children's plates. This place is absolutely horrible DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON BEWARE !!!! Email haha nah we can talk so the public can see

Just called to get a rental car to pick me up and was told they do not do this at the Aiken location. You just did it 4 weeks ago. Same enterprise and was told no. The body shop is 3 miles from enterprise and I was setting it up for a pick up 3 days from now this is an absolute horrible location.

The car was well maintained and I just Genuinely enjoyed my experience, talking with the staff was great do to the fact that they answered my questions before I even asked them and they seemed to be a very friendly lot.

1) the are suspicious of everyone. Treating them like they are going to steal a vehicle. 2) will not take a debt card if you have out of state license 3) told they have a no pet policy when enterprise does!4) make me vacuum out my rental car for light dog hair, horse hair 5) what ever chemical or air pre deodorizer they use it’s horrible. Good luck everyone - not ever had this bad of a rental experience. I took pictures of the inside of the car I returned.

I always have a great experience through this Enterprise branch. Everyone is very friendly and professional, making the process smooth when renting a car.

Extremely unsatisfactory, terrible customer service, and have no care for customers. I got the run around multiple times from this location. I even ask for the district manager contact they sent me a number that was disconnected. When I call back they kept putting me on hold. Absolutely 10 out of 10 would not recommend to my worse enemy.

I always get a nice ride. And if anything happens to it wherever you are they will give you another car. As long as you have the extra warranty coverage. I’m so glad I get it every time I purchase a car.

Always good service. I have been going here now for 5 years, and I think the service keeps getting better. The only caution I have is to make sure you check the windshield wiper fluid, lights, and windshield before taking the car, as I noticed issues with these before. It's not a deal breaker but something you want working well before you leave.

This place should be shut down!! We rented a vehicle from this location due to our car being totaled and our insurance was covering the cost. When I called them to confirm the rental we were told they had zero vehicles and would have to wait 3 days which we did. When we arrived we were given the option to pick between 2 different vehicles and were told they would be completely covered by our insurance. We proceeded to question the sales representative numerous times and he assured us that we would not have to pay anything out of pocket. When we returned the vehicle they told us that we owed money and would need to pay the difference which was a completely different story. The manager wasn’t willing to rectify this issue or even give us the time of day. They were also very condescending and patronizing. Additionally, they went as far as blocking my wife’s phone number when she confronted them about their employees lying.

It started off bad and ended bad. Customer service is zero. I have been an enterprise plus member for years. For some reason the person who is suppose to help. The MANAGER was the instigator in a onesided argument over a simple rewrite. Rude , does not care about customers told me he was not going to rent the vehicle I brought for a rewrite back to me. He should not be in the position he is in. I will never use Aiken enterprise again.That was the first and last time. And if you are the owner of that store reading this. You need to explain that even though your independently owned your still enterprise and should act accordingly. You should be ashamed of your hiring practices.
