Family MedCenter of Aiken is a family practice established in 1982 that is always accepting new patients. The staff is professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Patients describe the medical staff as amazing and note that the practice has kept long-time patients while adding more. Dr. Henry Tam is professional and cares about his patients, and the nurse practitioners are also very understanding, listen to patients, and show genuine concern. The practice provides both appointment and walk-in care Monday through Friday. While sometimes busy with a wait, even with an appointment, walk-ins are typically seen fairly quickly. They offer DOT physicals by certified examiners and occupational health services. Many patients recommend it as a great family physician and have used their primary care services for over 20 years.

I switched to Family Med when I went there for a drug test for work and Dr Tam took the time to explain my A1C. My own doctor barely spoke to me. I change my doctor after that moment. I appreciate they are around the corner and friendly. Yes, the ladies up front could practice smiling more. But overall I couldn't be happier

I have been patient to this place sins 2013. Office ladies are very nice and kind. Nurses and doctors are also amazing. I have been treated with kindness and respect. Whenever I have appointments office ladies make sure to remind me about them with phone calls.
