Twice now we’ve gone around 12:30 on Sunday to get our stuff and both times no one has been there. What’s the deal?Stop wasting peoples time and at least put up a sign or some type of announcement if the store can’t accommodate the hours.

Was planning on going to GNC tonight for the first time. It’s a Wednesday and it closes at 7pm. We got there about 6:35 pm and there was a sign on the door stating “Back in 15 minutes, Sorry! :(“. So we waited and waited and at this point we already had a feeling they simply weren’t coming back at all or they weren’t coming back until closed. Fast forward to about 6:55 pm the lady who works at GNC walks back to the store from Firehouse Subs where we had seen her goofing off with a Firehouse Subs worker. If the store hours are until 7 pm, the store should be open til 7. Not putting up a sign saying you’ll be back so you can goof off for 30+ minutes before closing. Quite a disappointing site to see for our first experience with GNC.

Don't go here. I never know if they're open because every time I've tried coming no one has been in the store. I tried coming at 1pm and 2:30pm on Thursday, the 13th. No one was there, the door was locked and the lights were on but no one was inside. Came back around 4 o'clock and one of the other workers had to let me inside. This is absolutely ridiculous and it's not the first time it's happened to me. Done with this store.

Go to GNC on Richland Ave and they haven’t opened yet. Says they open@ noon today. Nope not yet. Doors still locked. SMH!!!

Tyler was awesome and made sure I walked out of there with everything I needed! Really nice guy and he didn't make us feel pressured to buy anything. ? A+ customer service, seriously!

05/17/2022 Didn't give me $15 off coupon because I was 2 cents off for using my coupon. They didn't know how to return it and kept my protein, didn't give me my money back, then the female employee screamed at me because I wanted my money back. She had to call another manager and rudely yelled about me while I was in the store not 3 feet away from her. Then told that manager she was going to call loss prevention on me because she didn't want me in the store anymore. Eventually gave me my money back after telling me "I've worked here for 7 months and I know I can't give you it back". Then apologized to everyone else in the store that she had to do that. Not to me. Other customers in the store asked her to calm down multiple times. Her manager was there and shocked she was acting this way toward me. She learned how to give me my items with the coupon at the correct price but instead fully returned them out of spite. I have only had good experiences at this location for years and I will not be coming back. The north augusta gnc manager was extremely apologetic about my experience and offered for me to come to his store so he could make up for it. He is what I think of when I picture gnc and it's employees and I really hope they fix the aiken store so I don't have to be literally screamed at to buy and/or return protein powder. She took my $15 off coupon i had gotten for spending $100 the previous time in the store and didn't give it back. Absolutely awful customer service.

The most helpful employee got me exactly what my dietary restrictions required and find me discounted items on top of that. The best customer service I've ever gotten from a GNC and they're all very helpful.

Linda was awesome!!! I prefer going to this store in Aiken SC verses the one in Waynesville NC. (these stores are the closest to the two places I reside at thru out the year) Definitely an asset and customer service driven!!She is non pressuring, helpful, professional and is willing to go the extra mile to help/answer a question. She recognizes the regulars and knows what they want and doesn't try to cram an item that you don't want.The one in NC has a rep. that makes me avoid the store. After numerous times of the high pressure sales pitch for items that I don't buy and am not interested in has left me with a bad taste. My number of pro points and the simple glance at my purchase history will give you an idea of what I like and am interested in. (At least Linda could) Yes please mention a new item but if I say no don't try to push it even more.
