Literally prices are higher than new on everything except clothes. Prices are stupid it’s not a thrift store 2 bags in a row(the only two bags on the rack) were cheaper brand new when I found them online! Crazy.

Nice staff, very pleasant and friendly.
HUGE selection of household goods, toys and clothes. You never know what you might find!

This Goodwill has clearly lost the plot. This is by far the worst goodwill I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend steering clear. I’ve tried to tell myself it’ll be better next time, but the prices are criminally out of line for DONATED items and frankly, I’ve never seen prices this high at any secondhand store before. Almost everything is priced at or higher than retail and the few items that look nice are more than what they’d be anywhere else (and this is a goodwill!) Genuinely, head over to any local antique store to find better stuff that isn’t broken for the same price or less! It’s insane that a thrift store can have such audacity!

The prices in this place are ridiculous. Occasionally you can go in and find a good deal on stuff but the vast majority of items are near the actual retail prices of new items. Saw a piece of furniture today for 2k! I don’t think anything in Goodwill should be anywhere near that price. I go in looking for a deal and usually leave disappointed. I’ll donate at the ASPCA thrift store down the road before I ever donate here. The only reason this place continues to get business is because there are no other large thrift stores in Aiken.

High prices hard to find bargains some items way over priced and no color of the week😢 I travel to other GW in the area that are better stocked and have better bargains.

For these items to be given for free the prices are way too high. I saw a couch for 1000.00 pocketbooks for 150.00 that is way to much for used items

Couldn’t even get my clothes today because the line was 8+ people. The slowest checkout ever and there was no moving. They’re losing business

This is a thrift store and they have regular prices on things, which is a rip off. Terrible organization of the store. There is no breakdown of sizes and you have to dig through everything just figure out sizing. Waste of money and time going through all that. Do not recommend it if you're trying to save money. And the staff are very unfriendly

We love Goodwill. It's a fun treasure hunt. Clean store and great location.

There is no Goodwill in this Goodwill. I've loved this location for ten years...because of its location it's easy to stop by often and see what what goodies I can find. I've recently found out that they have an online website where they sell the good donations never going onto the floor...leaving the leftovers for the customers...and as of the last couple of years the prices have almost tripled... not on just a few areas in the store but in every department if you will... tee shirts average ten dollars...seriously? I can go right across the street to TJ Max and buy brand new ones for way less...cmon every item in the store was a donation... in others words the donations are free...I was told by the manager when asked why the prices are so drastically high now and was told it was due to inflation. .. how can inflation. possibly have and effect on items being free. and if you read the above reviews you'll see I am not alone in my thinking...it's truly sad. Its no wonder the CEO makes a six figure salary. Again... there is no goodwill in this Goodwill.

They keep all of the dressing rooms locked, so it's very inconvenient for clothes.

The store was nicely organized. However, whoever is in charge of pricing at this store-- they need to be fired. Goodwill is a second hand store. Many, many items were way over priced. A pair of used Cole Haan shoes were marked $46.95. The same pair online, BRAND New are $56. They had little kid animal toys marked $1.99/each. The whole bag of those same animal toys (16 in all) is at Hobby Lobby for $4.99 total. Literally, everything I picked up-- the prices were too high. Wont go back to this particular GW any time soon.

This is the most over priced goodwill I've ever seen. I always thought everything was donated to them and the sole purpose was to help the needy. But when you look at the prices at just this goodwill you will see that ain't the case. Like the shoes at every goodwill in Lexington and Columbia are 1 set price of $6.95 I believe or around that area but this goodwill every pair is priced differently according to the Brand and how good the quality is but most shoes are $20 and up especially if they are name brand and this is how the whole store is it's actually cheaper to go to Walmart for shoes and that is sad because goodwill is meant to help people not price check everything and knock 10% off and sell it that way this goodwill needs new management that does it the same as every other goodwill

This place used to be so decent until they hire thugs to harass the customers. People like their shopping experience to be pleasant.
