“I visited just after lunch on a weekday. Staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant. The workout area was busy, but I didn't have to wait for any equipment. The equipment cleaning supplies were well stocked at every location and none of the equipment or peripherals seemed neglected or heavily worn.”
“I haven't sent my kids here as I have just recently learned about this gym. It's a wonderful program that they have for kids. I highly recommend them if you need something constructive for your child to do.”

“My husband and I have been considering joining a gym and we went in to see what they had to offer. Kat was awesome to work with she helped us out and we ended up joining!! She has a great attitude and was super friendly and fun!! We can’t wait to get started the gym is clean there are a lot of machines and free weights. They have other great amenities as well!!”
