“Had a wonderful experience setting up 3 new phone lines! Raven, Mitchell, and Tron were all extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Raven also was wonderful suffering through the agonizing back and forth with AT&T buisness account services to get the correct transfer pin (we were on hold off and on for the better part of an hour and a half with AT&T)! She was also extremely helpful when we came back today three days later to set up and port to the new phone my sister ordered online.
It was also refreshing to see one of the employees Tron, during our first visit, tell a lady to leave the story after she had been extremely impatient and entitled. I appreciate when a company and it employees don't tolerate bullying and stand up for one another!”
