My car looks like new. I met the gentleman who worked on my car and he is the best in his field. The work he did was excellent. The service they provided was over the top. They arranged for me to drop off my rental at their shop and have it picked up by Enterprise. All in all it was an easy, experience without any added stress and I would recommend them to anyone. Randy Robinson was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. The receptionist was great as well. Well done, Kendrick!

This review is for the Kendrick's Paint and Body on Richland Ave West in Aiken. Five stars!! Outstanding service and personal attention. Worked with me, provided a repair estimate so I could decide between self-pay vs. insurance claim (other shops would not do this), actually seemed to want my business (again, other shops seemed uninterested), performed the work as promised, on schedule, and provided regular progress updates. I hope never to need their services again, but if I do, this is the only place I'll go.Service: Painting

Kendrick was recommended to me by my insurer, USAA. Like many others, they are experiencing employment and backlog issues. It took 6 weeks to get my truck back after I took it to them. I thought this was a long time, but I understand their issues. Once they got the repairs completed, they did a fabulous job. My 2019 Silverado looks brand new. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing body work on their vehicle. Jeremiah supervised the work on my truck and he was a real pleasure to work with.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot tell you how amazing Shannon is!!!! I waited a week or so just to make sure everything was okay before I gave my review. Quality customer service is in such low supply these days. The whole team made the process so easy I felt like I was floating on a cloud. Shannon checked in consistently with us and gave updates. The wait time was not even that long. The job they did on the car was incredible it looked like it came out the factory for the first time. Again, wonderful ladies at the front desk and Shannon is literally the best person for any job. Dropped my sister’s car off on 1/1/23 and have yet to get it back. Services still have not been completed despite calling them last week on Thursday and being told it will be ready the next day. I never even received a courtesy call Friday to let me know there was a delay, but no surprise there. Communication was very limited from the beginning.

Kendrick Paint and Body in Aiken is an absolutely phenomenal facility! Their staff are excellent at communicating statuses, needs and concerns, and solutions. I have to take a moment to thank Shannon personally because he went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND what could have been asked or expected of any service professional to help get my car repaired in a timely manner. He was extremely helpful in planning parts ordering, service timelines and helped me regularly to know where my car was at in the process and how we were progressing towards full repair. I am beyond glad that I chose to do business with Kendrick Paint and Body and I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence. Once Kendrick’s received my vehicle, they were very quick to get to it and provide the necessary information to the insurance company. Unfortunately, our vehicle was totaled, but Kendrick’s made the process easy.
