Store is disgusting. Customer brought a dog in which was definitely not a service dog. Manager said he couldnt do anything. Dog was in cart which exposes next customers food to lepto, parasites, e coli, salmonella. Yuck! Why are people so backwards about food hygeine?

Is an upscale version of Publix with higher prices as much as $1.56 for Harmless Harvest coconut water; Walmart sells it for $8.67, and Publix has it for $9.79. The store is very clean, easy access, and parking. Why do workers shun customers rather than greet them? I'll always patronize an establishment that does the little things--smile. So far, the best supermarket I have had the pleasure of shopping is at Wegman's in NJ.

Took my daughter and myself in to Kroger to get a covid booster shot. Was told my daughter would need a prescription for it since she’s 16 years old and under 18. Was told it is state law. We went down the road to CVS and they said no there’s no prescription needed for kid’s under 18. She got her shot at CVS.

Unhelpful, rude pharmacist (bearded one). Prefer spending money where you're not treated like an inconvenience.

Thank you to Matt this morning on getting my daughter's medication for me. It seemed like there was a lot going at the moment and still he took the time to make sure he took care of my needs in a timely fashion. He was courteous on the phone and in person. Thanks Matt!

The worst, drive thru closed, when you're sick don't expect any care at all.

Staff is helpful and will look to make sure they are getting you the best price if you are using apps such as goodrx or singlecare. I also joined the kroger rx club. I get my meds cheaper without using my insurance

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit loathe to visit this store. However we were pleasantly surprised by what we found. This store was bright, clean and well stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables. Fantastic selection of deli items and wines, will definitely visit them again!

I have had nothing but great service at Kroger pharmacy. I'm seeing all these 1 star reviews and after 10+ yrs of using them I've only had a mixup one time. Even if I'm in a line 6 or 7 people deep, it moves quickly. There are only a couple of grumps who work there and I'm always glad when I don't get them. Otherwise, the staff is extremely helpful and will give me a few tide over meds if I can't get in touch with my Dr. They're pretty great IMO and their prices are the best in town by far

Many issues at this location. Lost prescriptions, long lines and prescriptions not ready when stated.

Love the Kroger manager's specials but, Kroger in Aiken needs to clean up a little! The folks working customer service are attentive, the cashiers are nice, and Chris from produce is great but there are some improvements that could be done in the housekeeping arena.

Great selection lots of veggie and vegan options. Had everything we needed to cook a full meal. Plus the Starbucks is a great addition to the store.

This store just continues to go downhill. Went there around 11:00 on Wednesday morning. Only two lanes open with lines down the aisles and the self-checkouts only taking cards. Some of us still like to use cash. As for having so many self-checkouts...I don't work for Kroger and don't feel I should have to check out my own groceries but almost always have to here. We'll go on down the road and pay a little more from now on.
