The wait (I had a 7:30 appointment) was short, and the phlebotomist was excellent. However, if you have mobility issues and need to give a urine sample, be aware that the toilet is extremely low and it’s almost impossible to get a walker in.

The wait can be long but the staff is so understanding and pleasant. We really appreciated Teresa, very friendly and caring.
