I ordered Lomghorn to go, but my $17 entree salad was the size of a side salad. The manager said they had run out of the regular containers, so they had to put my salad in a smaller container. But he insisted it was the same amount as was in their regular salad. He offered to spread it out on a plate, but I didn't feel like watching him make a show of spreading what little I got out thinly on a plate. It was obviously less than a regular entree. If they had ran out of the larger containers, they should have used 2 smaller containers to put it in. They also forgot to include the ranch dip for my appetizer. This is a consistent problem with this location. We've never had an issue when dining in, but the last several times we've gotten take out, the amounr of food is definitely less than you get when dining in. Unfortunately, the price is still the same. This is the last time we're going to get ripped off. We won't be back.

I would just like to say that I have never experienced such a rude hostess. if y’all got rid of her it would be a nice environment. ? Also both times my steak was brought out (so hard you couldn’t cut it) the manager threw our check at us after she had to take it off bill. Super unkind people.

Food was both undercooked and overcooked. NY strip was medium well on one end and rare on the other. Brussel sprouts were overcooked, dry and not flavorful. Salad was nothing special. Bread was old and dried out. Will not come back to this restaurant on our next visit to Aiken. Draft beer selection is very limited. When Miller lite leads your beer menu, you know you're in for disappointment.

We had to wait a while to get a table, which is frustrating when you see more tables open than occupied but assume it is because of a lack of servers. Food was brought out fairly quickly but was not the quality I have had at LongHorn previously. The steak was too tough despite being cooked perfectly.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Great kid menu.

Food is always good. Unfortunately the restaurant is understaffed and the service suffers. To wait 35 minutes to get a salad is unexceptable.

Excellent food and service. Best French onion soup in the area. Friendly, clean, nice bar, lots of booths. Great lunch combo specials at reasonable prices. A range of steaks to choose from. I eat there two to three times a week.

Knew going in for another's birthday that this would suck. Yep.... garbage. But, you want particulars - when not busy they forget things. Food is stuff you can get anywhere, including Aisle 26 at Kroger, and tastes better if you do it yourself.

Waitress acted as if we were troubling her. We have ate the around 5 times. We go to see my sister in law every week. Never had a problem till Thursday at 3PM, the 15th of February, 2024. The seasoning on steak was so overwhelming, I could not eat mine. My husband ate it. We have never had thus happen. No plans to go back.Marsha Smith
