“My 86 year old father came in today and was struggling with sending an item out. There was a gentleman worker who went above and beyond to assisted him. He saw how frustrated my dad was, already trying to send his package at two other locations. This man took the time to help my dad, and make a senior’s challenges less. Thank you!!! Your customer service today did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated by a daughter who lives 14 hours away.”

“We recently purchased a monitor and docking station from Staples and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find exactly what we needed for my setup without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. The monitors look fantastic, the docking station works perfectly, and setup was quick and easy. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and the time they took to answer our questions.”
