Quality Inn & Suites Aiken East offers a mixed experience for guests. The rooms are generally clean, but some issues have been reported, such as broken or repaired washbasins and toilets, as well as a lingering cigarette smoke smell. The breakfast selection is limited, and on weekends, guests may find a lack of fruits, eggs, and sausage. The pool area is not well-maintained, with flies and mosquitoes present. The staff is described as friendly and cooperative, but the hotel has faced some noise-related problems, with guests reporting loud activities from neighboring rooms after midnight. The location is convenient, being close to US 78 and just a few miles from downtown Aiken, with nearby amenities like Walmart, McDonald's, and Burger King. Guests have had varying experiences with the hotel's breakfast offering, with some finding it to be the bare minimum, with hard biscuits and undercooked waffles. One guest even resorted to throwing the entire breakfast away and heading to a donut shop instead. Overall, the Quality Inn & Suites Aiken East provides a basic accommodation option, with some positive and negative aspects reported by guests. The hotel's proximity to local amenities may be a draw for some, but the quality of the rooms and breakfast service appears to be inconsistent.
BEST SHOWER EVER!! I wanted to lead with that since everyone thinks hotels use water restrictors. NOT this one!! Water was hot and loads of pressure!! Employees were so very nice and accommodating. Room was large with a sofa! Bed was very comfy and clean! I'll definitely be back just for the showers!!

The front desk representative was very nice, and professional. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Housekeepers were also nice. The area is quiet, And near restaurants and stores in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here several times on business. So worth it, clean room, quiet, and near downtown Aiken. Not luxury but a hidden hotel with everything you need close by.
