I’ve used this facility now three times for different tests that I’ve purchased online for my health. They are so fast. Results are often back within 24 hr and the longest of 2 days. But the results were worth the wait. I can’t speak for how they handle insurance, but customer purchased labs are a cinch.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was saddened to hear of Jessica leaving and was even more disappointed in how Yolanda spoke of her. Very unprofessional. The bathroom was disgusting and the tech Yolanda was absolutely rude. She blamed me for having to stick me again and then told me it was that serious. Not only did I have tingling in my hand up to my elbow but I have had a lump for a couple weeks now. I found her attitude to be one of superiority and I've never been spoke to like that ever in any medical office. Then she demanded I pay for my labs. She didn't explain it was an easy pay option but made it seem I had to pay. She sat there and waited until I gave her a card and when I read the printout it said I was an option but when I asked her to delete the charge she said no she doesn't have the authority to do that. I called customer service and my insurance and both said it wasn't mandatory and that she could have deleted the charge. I'm very very disappointed in the work ethic of this tech and how she speaks to people and the lack of respect for her coworkers. Jessica is very missed and even my Dr who's in the same building wishes she would return. I hate to say it that I won't be returning to quest and have told the Dr I will only go to LabCorp from now on. They have better attitudes and I don't feel like an inconvenience and I won't be lied to Abt money

There is no way through calling or their website to find out anything about what you owe. I have insurance and they are not billing my insurance at all. I'm receiving texts saying I owe something and trying to send me to some other website that I don't recognize. Could be a scam. There is NO way to reach a person at this company at all other than walking into the location. And even then, you can't even speak to someone without filling out their ipad information as if you have an appointment. Not a good user experience at all.

You cannot speak to a live person. Made an appt online for a drug test. Get there and the recep has no idea what I'm talking about and says they don't do drug testing. Well, how in the sam hill I made an appt. online. A waste!

Its very frustrating when they do not accept phone calls. I simply want to get a refill on a basic prescription, which could easily be done over the phone.... I guess I need to drive down there and walk in and hope to get seen.

Not a great experience. Unfortunately they don't file with your insurance company and want payment up front. Other blood work companies will check with insurance companies prior to telling you something. All this after a 1 hour wait. They dont get your id and insurance info when you sign in nor a copy of the request for blood work. This place is understaffed. Better to go somewhere else. I will.

Aiken SC- 29801, Doughtery Rd office. Drive ten hours one way to get to this lab and ask for Julie. She is incredibly compassionate, professional and displays at every single visit (I've been going there for six years, it is the ONLY lab I take my entire family to because of her). The office is absolutely sterile, well lit, secure, great parking and access, honestly world class speed. Even with the world as it is at this moment, I feel secure and confident with her presence, she is incredibly attentive, accurate and I have never once experienced bruising, bleeding or other complications - I am historically a difficult draw. She is warp speed accurate, fast, painless, efficient and an excellent experience without fail. Her personal memory of each patient is astounding as she greets people by name with the charm only Southern women can do. Total class act, and by far she sets the example of how to run clinic and care with true Grace and calm.

I had a great experience with the phlebotomist that drew blood & technician that entered records. They were very careful & understanding of my request for filling 3 doctors' orders (8 vials total) at same time.

Not a good experience. They open at 7:00. No one showed up until about 8:20. I got there about 7:35 and waited until someone got there. The technician could not find a vein. I was stuck twice and after that she asked what did I want to do as if I wanted to leave and go somewhere else after I waited 45 minutes or more for someone to even get there. I was also fasting. She did finally get a vein after the third try. I know sometimes things happen but this office does not seem to be very professional. I'm not going to say I won't go back there, but I prefer the one in Evans, Ga. I have never had a problem there. Their office is very professional.
