Today I went in with some account changes I wanted to make and Ashley was the banker that help me achieve all of my requests today. Not only she helped me open a new account, but she also help me apply for some other financial needs that are beneficial to my account. Not only Ashley is smart and knows her stuff, but she is very friendly, easy to talk to and polite. Thank you Ashley again for all of your help today. Good customer service is very to hard to come by these days, and you are helping break that chain ?

Not every time will service be top Noch . That's just how life is. But they try to meet the standards required, as best they can. For me Regions Bank gives good service and I would recommend then two others.

Terrible customer service from 2 women behind the counter today Jan 10th around 1pm, while requesting a correction from a bank error pertaining to my legal name on file. An attempt to assist was only made by a new male employee and a manager returning from her lunch break. The two women refused to look into my account to find the root cause. Instead, they continued to request verification even after my driver's license was provided. Thanks to the manager who happened to arrive in time and assist me with an issue that could have been resolved during the lack of effort between the other 2 women.

Worst bank ever. Do not do business with them. They are closing all of their branches. They are not helpful. Their app is not up to date. Their staff is rude and thinks it is appropriate to comment on life choices instead of helping you financially.

I am new to this bank and I didn't choose it my job did. But so far regions has been good but can be better. The only thing I don't like about this bank is that their online banking does not work, it won't let me log in to check my account.

The reasons I will not recommend this bank to anyone is because of money miss placement. I had tons of money in this bank. I put about $3400 in my saving but the problem was it never made it to my account they put it in another woman's account and I had trouble getting it back and don't get me started on the poor customer service Some employees are really nice and know what there doing and other not so much. Over all it's not a good bank. If the big bank was still open I probably would still be there!

Their employee Allison when to each business at Aiken spend considerably money quantity and then call back and request her money back cuz she won't be happy with it ,funy how you can trust this bank with employees like that,her is the only reason why you guy dont have our business no more..
