Tried to make a return and the employee was extremely rude when I did nothing to provoke her attitude. I get some people have a bad day but don't take it out on me when I'm the only customer in there and I was just trying to return 2 items.

I enjoy shopping at Sally's Beauty supply ,just not with my debit card ,reason being if they refund your funds ,it takes so long to get your money back like 3 to 5 business days, Although they get your money instantly it takes a few days due to a process they have to go thru , I wonder what process, that is ,it must be to hold your money as long as they can,hoping you change your mind!!

I went there in a panic and a worker named Maria was literally the best!!! She help me get exactly what I needed and explain allot of the hair bleaching process to me. Great service

I've been going to this Sally's on Whiskey Rd in Aiken for over 4yrs and it's always a pleasant experience.Went November 5, 2021 and started off okay, saw sign saying by 4 products for $20.New staff, new management, never seen any of these ladies before.The Clerk reiterated the sale and I pointed out that I didn't know what products it applied to, I only saw one label when I first came in.Nothing in the store on any of the shelves were labeled, with the sale, NOTHING!!! For me, this was a first at this location.The Clerk pulled out a list of products and went through them, at least 4 pages with numerous product. I was all in!!!!!She recommended a particular product that the sale did apply to. She took the time and explained how, why when to use, where and etc. about this product.She explained to me which sizes the sale applied to and so on.45 minutes later we are ready to check out. I have 8 items of this particular products, along with other items and the total is well over $100.The sale price doesn't ring up....She says oh hold on I'll get my supervisor cause it shows sale, but it's not changing.Supervisor comes and says are you sure it's on sale? She says yeah, it's here on the list.She pulls out the 4 page sheet and flips the pages and points to the product.The Supervisor says we'll some stuff did drop off last night.We all are standing there looking at each other.The Supervisor then says "Sorry".I ask her so how am I supposed to know what applies? Just pick something bring it here and check the price.She tells me yes, cause they are not labeled, they haven't labeled them they are in the back or something to that affect.I say thank you, that's ok I'm good and I leave!

I'm a professional in the industry. Seems like we dont matter anymore. It's time to change your hours back for those of us who do this for a living. It's crazy like this! Most of the time you guys are out of what i need anyway so I guess you are only interested in the ladies doing their own hair color . It's not a wise trade off folks

Although Sally's has been around for Years, it is mind blowing on how they dont allow exchanges or refunds, on products that they sale. I purchased several items from them not even 7 days ago, OVER $100.00 and the item purchased stopped working. As i reached out to return it or get a refund, they give this entire spill about covid, i totally understand covid safety however, IM at a 100.00 lost and all i get is sorry whoever sold it to you should have told you.My personal recommendation to ALLL my clients and friends and family, NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. No type of remorse or anything. Company SUCKS as a whole.

Love sally's they always have what I need and great customer service every visit the employees are always sweet respectful and willingness to offer their help which I very much appreciate. Today I found my three new colors to transform my hair to a Phoenix/ Sunset color theme and I am so excited and anxious to see my end results. Perfect for summer full of color which is why sally's is my favorite place to get hair dye because of the options and Wonderful selections for wild neon colors.

I received the worst customer service here. I literally just got out the hospital. Went here to buy product for my natural hair. Well I was greeted at the door with may I help you? I didn't respond which prompted the manager to turn around and start following me. When I asked her why she stares because I didnt respond. I replied with I didnt have to she (the manager)then told me to leave her store and she was calling the police. I told her to call them because it is not against the law to not respond to people. Why is the police the first go to for Karen's and against Brown and black people? I was so angry

This is the worst store to shop at down to the lack of knowledge for the products they sell down to how they treat their employees. I have noticed that there was a diverse group of women working there and now it’s clear that has changed . I wouldn’t want to shop at a place of business that conducts business in this way. Especially when there are other hair places to go to that have way more inventory. The motive of this business is to sell the products not to support the beauty industry by getting the necessary knowledge to inform their customers about their hair care needs the right way. I wouldn’t spend my time or money here at all.
