In-store shopping has never been a problem; however, ordering online has been a nightmare. On August 28, 2023 I ordered a new refrigerator. At checkout it said that it would be delivered on August 30, 2023. August 30 comes and the order is still processing. I call customer service and request that the order be cancelled and I will purchase from a local store that had it in stock and could deliver within 2 days. I was assured that the order had been cancelled. Fast forward to September 21 we get a message to schedule delivery and set up for the refrigerator that we thought was cancelled. Both of us contacted Sam's Club customer service as well as the shipping company. Once again, assured the order was cancelled and even got email confirmation and screen shots confirming cancellation that apparently hadn't been done on August 30. On September 22, a day after it was confirmed that the order was cancelled, I was charged $1,706.65 while we were out of state for a conference!! Contacted customer service again and this time was told that they have to wait for the item to be returned to the original vendor and have a confirmation of the return before they will refund the money. Who knows when that will be and if they will actually be truthful that it was returned. At this point after being lied to by numerous customer service representatives, I don't trust that they will be forthcoming with the return of the item as it appears they don't want to refund the money. I have already started a BBB compliant and will take any legal action necessary against the company. This is ridiculous. Do NOT order anything from Sam's Club online!!!! Customer service is terrible and the refund/cancellation process is impossible!! I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Love my Sam's Club Pharmacy. I started getting my prescriptions filled here during COVID when many other pharmacy's couldn't staff after normal working hours. They are quick, friendly and always willing to help.

Thank you for employing people willing to help! I was asked multiple times tonight if I needed help loading and unloading heavier items. While I am physically capable and didn’t need the help it was refreshing to hear help being offered. Great job guys!

Sam's has good prices and have some good deals on items that you don't buy often. Finding help when you need it some times is hard. The nightmare starts when you try to leave. They want to scan your receipt and items you bought. When they scan the receipt it shows them on the screen what you bought. And even though you only bought 3 items they want to rescan the 3 items. They say they do it for inventory reasons but that's alie. They do it to see if you are trying to steal something. And even though you have aline of 30 people waiting to get out, you only have 1 person checking. What is management doing for their pay besides sitting on their butts. There's no reason for the line to get that backed up except for Poor Management!!!!

This is a great Sam's Club. Lots of options to choose from and set up well. I really like the scan and go option in the Sam's Club app. While shopping in the store, you simply scan the items as you put them in your cart. Then, when you are done shopping you can completely skip the line and just head out. Let the cart checker scan your receipt in the app on the way out and you're good to go. This is the only way to do it in my opinion as the lines always seem to be long. You're welcome.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The cashier in the food court had the worst attitude and customer service I've ever seen. She complained, intentionally backed the line up multiple times, and rejected to make nearly anything I wanted to order because "I gotta fly out this door at 6:30". "We ain't taking nothing else out". Meanwhile she made time to stock up the condiments resulting in the line again backing up to the door. The manager (or lady in a different colored vest) was aware a did nothing. The couple in front of me had it the worst. They were only waiting on 3 hotdogs. I witnessed the cook grabbed a slice of pizza off the grill and disappeared to the back for a few minutes. He ate and came back to finally try to take my order. But the cashier rushed over from the condiments to instruct him not to. I ended up telling her nevermind because I started having thoughts of snatching her a** up from behind the counter.

Wow! This is the worst run store. Slow as Christmas. Always slow. Employees stand around in groups on their phone. No one cares. Geez.

Cashier called my sister in law racist because she has plugs in her ears. Stating this was “cultural appropriation” and that the only thing right was the earrings were black. This is completely unacceptable and should not take place. She should not be allowed to say those things to customers. Completely disrespectful.
