“I decided to rent from SROA in Aiken, SC. My first decision to go with this company was the online promotional price. I originally started a chat on messenger to ask questions about the rentals. The original person I chatted with was rude, and didn't answer my questions. I waiting until the next day and continued my conversation with Ashley in the Aiken office. She was very helpful and helped explained what charges were, answered my questions and we got the storage unit set up that day and she has been wonderful ever since. “I reserved online. This allowed me to call the next day to finalize renting(which could have been completed on line). The representative was thorough and patient getting everything taken care of for me on the 2 units. We paid in advance and he made sure I had all email receipts before turning me loose. He also explained the ins and outs of the facility and urges me to call if any problems or concerns. Thank you!!! Less worry on us now.”
“Very clean, roads good and well lot. I felt very safe. There is always someone in the office. She must have been a temp tho, cause she didn't seem to knowledgeable.”
“The storage units themselves are good and you can't beat the pricing! The only downside is they lock the gates around dark so you can't get in after that.”

“I have been using Lock 'n Key Storage for over 20 years. Obviously, I have been very satisfied with their service.
The only reason for 4 stars is that it has taken some getting used to the new owners policies. I think they are very fair with the changes. I'll continue with Lock 'n Key in the future.”

“We tried to check-in online when we got there. No luck. So we had to go in and do all the paperwork there. When returning the truck, we used the app, after calling U-haul to get help signing in as it still would not let us. The only "bad" part about check-out is all of the pictures you have to take everything you get to a new page. It was raining, so just when you thought you were done, you had to get out of the car again for another photo. I understand the need, but was frustrated.”
