I love Dr. Luther my baby has being going there all her life whenever she is sick they get her in asap. Best Dr. hands down!!

I used to love this office. Once I started to decline vaccines I was treated with hostility. Now, they won't accept children at all who do not follow the CDC guidelines.

3 stars because I went here for years and had no issues until now. Scheduled an appointment Tuesday for Thursday and then they called later on saying they couldn't see me anymore and that they told me this a year ago. Wasn't told that. Why schedule it in the first place? Takes forever to get a new patient appointment in a new doctor's office so I'm gonna be without my medicine for sometime. Should have given me a 2-3 month warning. I get I'm over the age limit but a little warning would have been nice. I may not get anything until sometime in 2023. If you're younger, this is a great place to go but this situation has not been great.

We’ve been with Dr. Collins since we’ve moved here 6 years ago. My kids love him! They think he is the best Dr! He gives an honest opinion and doesn’t sugar coat anything!

Dr Collins is the rudest doctor I have ever seen! He needs to retire! So mean to my daughter she was very upset. He told me we wouldn’t be allowed to come back! Because i asked him why he was so rude! That’s fine!Dr.Luther is my daughters doctor and has been for years Guess we gotta find some where else to go!Also I got a letter saying we was no longer allowed in the office after almost 13 years!

Ladies up front are almost always rude when I call up there with any issues making my appointments or even when I come to sign in they always have attitudes, specially Donna! . Dr. Luther is great and so are the ladies in the back which is the only reason I stay.

Dr. Collins is the rudest and most unprofessional pediatrician I’ve been to. Whether it’s a sick or well visit, every time I take my son, he rough houses him and is very impatient with him. My son is super sensitive and Dr. Collins seems to feed off of that and bullies him like a true sadist. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy on this doctor. And I will add that I reheated a different doctor yesterday. Today I received a phone call saying my kids were discharged from the office due to this post. No attempt to try to rectify the situation. I can’t blame the staff as they were simply taking orders from him. Just further proves my point about how he treats the people he is supposed to serve.

For starters rude is a understatement. We could get in to see our Normal ped so we decided to try out southside…. Big mistake. My son has had many ear infections so I knew that’s what it was we just need antibiotics. We go in and after waiting in the car for over a hour we go in and the np (whoever the lady is) came in and proceeded to check my sons ears with used ear tips.. she claims they sanitize them but after seeing a million ents and different peds from moving I’ve never seen them being re used . I voiced my concerns and she stated I could take him to see his ent… the rooms weren’t cleaned on top of that. She said she was going to start him on antibiotics and the ones she suggested doesn’t work for us and I told her could we please just start with the one that I know works… she refused. Got in with our regular ped and the ears hadn’t cleared up at all after 5 days of the meds I said wouldn’t work. he prescribed the meds I asked for in the first place btw. I ended up paying for 2 sick visits along with 3 prescriptions when we couldn’t gotten by with one if she would’ve listened.

Dr Luther was highly recommended to us but we have had several issues. The first being that we wait at least 30 minutes (usually closer to an hour) in the exam room every time we see her and when she does come in she always seems rushed and quick to leave. A few months ago we took our daughter in for what we thought was an ear infection, Dr Luther said her ears looked fine after she dug in her ear for several minutes. 3 days later we had to come back to see the NP, waited another hour to be told she does indeed have an ear infection. At the follow up visit Dr Luther did not even look in her ears. Now we are on our second sick visit within 1 week again but today Dr Luther comes in, slams the door, tosses her stuff down and asks “whats the problem?” I made a sick visit because my child was worse than when she was seen 6 days ago and was met with an attitude that I should not have been there and was rushed out with no real answers or solutions.

Dr Collins spoke to me personally. He spoke down to me. He called me “little girl” in relation to my research. He implied he was much smarter because he had the PHD and I did not. I was not impressed. He was rude and condescending, which makes me not care about his medical expertise b

Dr Luther is great.She meet me at 9pm to put my child's nurse maid elbow back in.She goes the extra mile when needed!
