The experience I had with this place is mind blowing. Since day 1 of the 10 months we were there !! Toddler came home with a large patch of hair missing , and all they could say was maybe he pulled it out ( get real ) wouldn't let me review cameras or anything, just had to take there word for it. My baby had a hair full of coily curls , I cried when I was forced to sit through his first haircut.Toddler rooms are always inconveniently and unexpectedly closed due to staffing. Teachers literally come and go( my toddler has had about 3 different teachers in 10 mos/ after schooler has had about 3 teachers also)Building also floods a lot( Another reason to close ) Bridgett & Donna are both rude, unprofessional, and unaccountable, but talk a good game at first!! They also did not communicate a case of hand foot mouth disease!! The teacher told me personally on accident !!The corporate office isn't any better, it takes about a week of phone calls and e-mails to even get a response from anyone. This company overcharged me hundreds in tuition and registration fees, which took weeks to get straightened out. I have always thought very highly of the sunshine house but this facility has given the corporation itself a bad name. And corporate made it worse with the slow response times and unfulfilled commitments. This company couldn't watch my dog at this point !! With the price of tuition I expected the highest quality of childcare! Keep searching parents , this IS NOT the one !!!

The Director DONNA MAYER at Center 57 on Centennial Ave is very unprofessional and rude. I over heard her talking rudely to one of her staff that I know for a fact cares for her children and her job. After I found out she fired the same staff employee for no reason, I no longer want my kids attending that Daycare. Along with a few other parents,we will be withdrawing our kids. DONNA MAYER NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND REPLACED WITH THE YOUNG LADY I BELIEVE HER NAME IS BRIDGETTE,THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR. TO THE YOUNG LADY THAT GOT FIRED, HUNNY I'M SO SORRY THIS HAPPENED TO YOU .

Started out wonderful but there's alot of miscommunication here. They only the kids who are potty training twice... when I picked my son up earlier this week he had not been changed and had poo in his pull up. They have lost my son's belongings the day I went up there to withdraw him. My child will not be going back here again. The director is ok but she tried to persuade me not withdraw my child after a miscommunication error with her assistant amd also told one of the staff members not to worry about my child's missing clothes.

The director is HORRIBLE! No Structure in this facility at all. My 2yr old son was snatched up by a worker and told to shut up on camera and she is still employed at this facility. (During covid every daycare was short staff supposedly) My son and other children have been bitten on several occasions so severely it has bleed causing a permanent scars. The final straw was my son was bit 3 times in one week and left with a wet and soiled diaper on from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

The director from the location on Centennial Dr. is horrible no communication skills at all .She is very rude and unprofessional. Per my child who is 8 yrs old and goes after school they receive some sort of cheese /crackers everyday for snack or cheese and bread ( hard as a rock )or cottage cheese plus TAP water .I received a Covid voucher for a year and with that they were not clear on my payment responsibilities and therefore became aggressive and tried to charge late fees etc even though they are being paid by the voucher program . In my opinion they have a high turnover rate with staff and with the transfer of children . I do not recommend this facility what so ever . Forgot to mention they charge $90 for after school care from 2:30 to 5:30 and can't even provide a decent snack .

We’ve had mixed reaction about this day care. Things have been great and others have been terrible. Having to be charged for 20 days with my child out because of non covid is ridiculous. We can “withdraw” and pay a new registration fee IF there is a spot open. My child came home with a diaper that clearly wasn’t changed all day. A case of Hand Foot and Mouth got out and they did nothing other then post a sign on the front door. When another child got tested for covid, we were required to miss work to take our child to get tested. They have a sign requiring all who enter where a mask, but most of the workers inside do not. Staff seems to continuously keep changing so no consistency on who teachers are. It’s been very disappointing being here, nothing like our previous daycare. I wouldn’t recommend to use them.

We withdrew both of my children due to their lack of transparency regarding the Covid policy. If your child is exposed to Covid, you are charged the full rate during quarantine, which they determine to be 20 plus days or 3 weeks (that's for an exposure, not a positive test). I think it is wrong for the company to charge parents who are already facing difficult economic times. Their solution was for me to withdraw my kids and pay a registration fee of $150 when they come back. No thanks. Also, no callback from corporate office when I voiced my concern.

Ms. Terry, Ms. Alberta and Amber H. are awesome teachers. They make me feel so comfortable when I drop my son off in the infant's room. The new director Ms. Jessica is so sweet and helpful. Thanks ladies! Y'all rock!

We love the staff here! My sweet boy has been here for a year and the teachers in the infant room and toddler room love on him every day! Everyone knows his name and tells him good morning and bye when they see him.

My child has been attending for just over 6 months and tells me of all the things she has learned everyday. It is so great to know that she is being safe and cared for while I work. Love the app where I can receive pics and updates on her day. Nothing beats knowing your child loves going to school!

My child is special needs and they are a important part of her developmental process. Truly appreciate the entire staff for their patience and compassion.

They are extremely helpful and kind we love the daycare attendants, they are very personable and good with the kids. I have had ups and downs, and kids will be kids, but I know from experience your child is in good hands and will be safe. I have had all of my children attend here. If you ask to be kept updated, they will keep you posted on the younger children through an online app.
