In and out in 10 minutes to upgrade my phone. Pleasant experience compared to 10 years ago, where they used to pretty much run you out of the store trying to upsell every other thing you didn't want to buy.

Went to aiken store for phone bluetooth issues. Explain to employee the problem. She check phone and told me it was a connection issue. Which was nothing they could do and my cheap earbuds was the problem! The same 70$ earbuds I bought from that store a few months ago. And the only thing she could do is sell me a 200$ pair. Went to the north augusta store and employee there check phone and determine phone was defective.

Was helped immediately and was out in under 15 minutes. T-Mobile has superior customer service unlike AT&T.

I changed to T mobile Sunday. Phones and sim cards came Wednesday.I have called customer service about 10 x s.My email address I used worked just fine when I was doing papers work. I can't get on my account, days my email isn't on file. I can't set up an id because I have no phone number. I have to now go to the store. I wanted to avoid by doing it online.About to let them have the phones back and say forget it.

My husband and I came in today and got new iPhone 14 Plus’s with EASE due to Tron’s exceptional customer service. He took his time and explained everything in detail and addressed all our questions and concerns. He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and helped us find a deal that worked around us! If you haven’t been here before or even if you have I recommend Tron for ALL services. He even got us set up with T-Mobiles home wifi after the last rep sold us and told us the wrong information. This was the BEST service I’ve had by far from any T-mobile representative both in store and over the phone. Been a member for over 2 years and his service alone will guarantee more in the future.

Never experienced worse customer service. Trying to end service due to months of it not workIng and they will not accept my equipment back and continue to bill me for a service they are not providing. Truly the worst interaction I have ever had. Go somewhere else and avoid the hassle!

Omg I really made a HUGE mistake joining the team of t-mobile the name itself just should have been a red flag. I think it was because I need a cell phone at the time and I just wanted my own and so I got it we'll big mistake honestly because the cell service sucks, I just previously ordered an at home internet box Friday paid for an overnight delivery and it still hasn't got here like wtf did I pay an overnight fee for. My bill is 105 and about to be so much more and for what I pay for wat not to have cell signal everywhere I go or to have hot pot that runs slow that I can't use I'm honestly over it sprint sucked and now they were bought out t mobile sucks feels like a sprint number two tbh if I could it would be zero stars I literally hate them. So yes this is a hate review.

I came in here for some service, waited for like 20 minutes and Then got the worst service ever. I then canceled my service for a lack of service. No coverage an bad in person customer service. 2 thumbs down

I wanted to try a new internet provider. T Mobile was recommended after posting on Facebook group.They told me there was a 14 day grace period if it didn’t work out.It was too slow for my location so I brought it back well within grace period. I had them call into main office to make sure I wouldn’t be charged and they also removed my credit card from being charged.Bout 4 weeks later I get a bill for $50. Called in. They saw it was cancelled and assured me I wouldn’t receive anything else.Yesterday I received a bill for $8.49. So called in again and she credited it. Very stressful and time consuming. And who knows will probably receive more bills. I don’t have T mobile phone and will never get one. I’m happy with Verizon and staying with my internet. Whole thing felt like a scam to get $ from me
