I just stepped in to get an adjustment at the Joint Chiropractor location in Aiken’s East Gate location. I can honestly say that it was the best adjustment I have ever had by far. This is credited to Austin. He is truly a credit to your company. Big Kudos to Austin.Very professional and knowledgeable.

I have used this location since it first opened and have been satisfied except for the fact that they cannot keep a consistent schedule. I understand that things happen and closing is necessary but I have been patient and rolled with the punches as they have had to work through understandable staff changes and unexpected closings due to short staff. I draw the line at a receptionist that is rude to me and treats me like I have inconvenienced her. When I complained Dr Gregg took no responsibility for her behavior and just told me how great she was. Then asked what I hoped to gain from my complaint. I am sure she is great at what she dies but that does not mean that she conducts herself professionally to your clients. Previously I have been told that they have no corporate number to complain to and that I would have to speak with the owner. So I have requested to speak with the owner and I have followed up 4 times between the N, Augusta location and Aiken and for over 30 days. He still has not made a single attempt to reach out to me. Only during one of these calls to N Augusta to get in touch with the owner was I told that they have a Corporate phone number that I can call. I have had no return call from them. So I went in to cancel and the receptionist never even bothered to try and save my business, No. apology offered, and when I asked her to confirm the corporate phone number so that I could make sure I had the correct one she told me I could look it up on the web site. I am not going to pay for a service that I can not get half the time because they are closed or because a chiropractor is over two hours late or they have to close for training more than twice a month ( why would you close for this when you cant be open to treat the clients you have, Must not be customer service training. ) and I am going to be treated like I am an inconvenience to the receptionist when I come in and she has to stop what she is doing to check me in. I have given these guys more than enough time to address this and they have treated me like I am just a number to them and I am not worth saving as a client. to this date, I have been a client since 2018 and have paid over $3,000.00 since I first joined and It is not a concern to them nor is it important enough for them to even address my. complaint. so i cancelled, I am not using. another location. i feel they could have corrected this issues and offered an apology. It is shows me that they try to avoid complaints when they tell me they have no corporate phone number but another location tells me different. Save yourself the trouble. Go to a professional chiropractor. You may pay a little mote but at least the Dr and staff will treat you with respect and professionalism. I am sure a professional would not have a conversation about another patients health plan in front of a waiting area full of people. a professional operation would also care about the quality of service that is provided by the receptionist also not respond " what you hope to gain from this?" when you complain. This is a big fail on the staff of this location, The owner for refusing to return my 4 phone messages and this locations denial that there is a corporate office above them that I could have reached out to.

Dr. Greg is the BEST. He's the only one I will see. I saw 2 other Drs. when I first went and was not happy with them. But Dr. Greg is very thorough and listens to you. And he really does a great job on my neck. And I see him when he is at the Aiken Location.

Dr Greg is one of the best chiropractors I have experienced at the Joint. I’ve visited Joints in at least 12 states and have had at least 100 chiropractors work on me over the years. You won’t be disappointed and you won’t feel like a number with him. He takes the time to provide a full service adjustment and truly gets to know you. Thank you Dr. Greg for all you do!

This location seems to live by whatever schedule they decide for the day. They post "closed early" and "hours of operation for next few days" on the door. So you never know until you are actually at the location. Very inconvenient, the opposite of what they are supposed to be offering.

Concept seemed like a deal, but ever since I signed up for the monthly subscription, they have been closed for a number a reason - family death, renovation, repair etc. I guess I should have purchased by number of adjustments instead the 'four per month deal,' cause they have been closed when I could make the time to go over. I think they should let unused adjustments roll over to the following month if they are to be closed whenever something comes up.
