ThompsonGas provides propane services to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers. The level of customer service is outstanding. From the office staff to the delivery personnel, everyone is amazing, courteous, helpful, pleasant, prompt, super friendly, respectful, and professional. They are responsive to customer needs and provide fantastic, uninterrupted service. This is owed to their remote monitoring technology and attentive team. While not always the cheapest, their service outweighs the cost. They fulfill requests quickly, schedule prompt appointments, confirm calls, show up on time, and work hard. They automatically fill tanks without requiring a call. Customers appreciate their understanding help with learning about supply, refills, and budget billing for reasonable payments. The company operates on principles of trust and service. Many recommend them highly for all propane needs.
Tony Hartley was our set up technician, he was fast, friendly and very good at his job! This tank was set up for my elderly mother in law, the metered tank gives us peace of mind that she’ll never out of gas!
