“I unexpectedly found myself in the position where I needed to have another vehicle quickly. After doing a little research, I drove myself to Crescent Automotive. I could not be more pleased with how painless this experience was (and I was DREADING the hassle and haggle). Their sticker price is the price of the car (plus $500 SC tax and $55 if you transfer tags or $85 for new tags). There was ZERO back and forth or smarmy sales tactics. David Satcher walked over and introduced himself. I told him the 2 SUVs I wanted to look at - one was on site and one was being serviced. We immediately got in the SUV which was on site and I drove around Aiken to test it out. Eventually, I drove it to the car service business and picked up the keys to drive around the second SUV. I quickly knew which one was the best fit for my need and then waited for the drama to unfold. There was NO DRAMA. The price was the price. No surprises. No up-sale attempts. No hidden anything. After picking up my trade-in from home, I brought it for the owner, Brian Johnson, to assess for value. Brian was quick and backed up his offer with expert sources - even offering a little over what the recommended value was. I accepted and the rest of the visit went just as smoothly. I signed paperwork and cut a check while they topped off the gas, added floor mats, and washed the car. I 100% recommend Crescent to anyone who is in the market for a used car. I will absolutely be a return customer. Side note - every single employee I encountered from Jamie (co-owner) to Joanne (finance) to Emily (marketing).
