United States Postal Service

Post Offices
Hours: The United States Postal Service location at 307 Laurens St NW offers secure, reliable, and affordable delivery and retail services. This location provides walk-in and by appointment passport services, package pick-up, and other mail services. Reviews note the presence of very kind, thoughtful, courteous, nice, and accommodating staff who try their best to help customers. Specific helpful actions are appreciated. However, experiences can vary, with some customers finding prices high and lines long, suggesting a desire for self-service options. Delivery service is also noted to be inconsistent when the regular carrier is away, with substitutes sometimes delivering very late or not delivering packages while delivering mail, which can be confusing and unacceptable. Overall, the location is committed to making customer experiences better.
