“Went to vitamin shoppe in Aiken SC a month ago. The fellow was very upbeat and greeted each person that came in with a genuine smile. He assisted me with fast and informative information; which was much appreciated because my Nurse Practitioner sent me to get certain supplements asap. I’m grateful he was so efficient at his job because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t feel like browsing. Also glad he was very nicely groomed, and I may add handsome chap. He made me think he enjoyed and appreciated the work he was doing. I went in again today, 4/16/24 and met Tara, store mgr. Tara also was very pleasant and friendly upon arrival. I told her only reason I returned is because of the previous service I received. I usually order online because I live outside city on a farm. Tara told me the person that was so attentive previously was her Asst mgr DeMarcus. I am now a permanent customer. I may even call ahead to see if DeMarcus or Tara are on shift. There was one other person there perviously with DeMarcus in late afternoon but she didn’t even attempt eye contact with folks because she was totally engaged with her cell. But I understand the need for extra body in afternoon and weekend.

“First of all, Valerie was amazing! This was not my first here but I haven't been since December. I have eczema and recently had a really bad break out. I believe my body was too alkaline as I drank nothing but alkaline water. It may not be the main source but I believe it contributed to it. Anyway, I came in for some Castor oil. Unfortunately, they were sold out but Ms. Valerie put me on the Black Seed oil and gave me the complete run down. She even went to the computer to look some things up regarding eczema triggers. I've never had a bad experience here but today was extra special! Thanks again Ms. Valerie!”
