Cannot get anyone on the phone EVER. When I call the 800 number I have to listen to 100 prompts and the recording tells me that I can handle ANY situation or transaction online which is a LIE. I am taking my $25,000 and taking my business elsewhere. If I can’t get a LIVE person and have to do online banking 24/7 I will enjoy a 4.65 annual APR with Capital One banking. Goodbye Wells Fargo. By the way YOU suck and deserve ZERO stars. If you cannot afford to hire decent and sufficient people, then CLOSE down!

I have never been treated this poorly at any financial institution. Vendena (check spelling) is very rude and gives out false information. She also refused to give me access to my funds. This should be illegal. Looking at the other reviews here it seems to be a recurring problem with her that has clearly not been addressed. This is the second negative review I have ever posted. I will be closing my account of 20 years after this experience. That was her advise after our interaction. Great representation Wells Fargo!

The premier banker and the manager at this branch are rude and nasty. I cant believe they still work there. Why would wells hire such inconsiderate and disrespectful employees. They have huge egos too, someone needs to bring them back to earth, they arent that important.

Since I mostly use online banking and use the ATM to get cash, I rarely walk into a brick and mortar bank. However, anytime I've needed assistance, the tellers in this location have been very friendly and efficient. There's rarely a long wait.

This is the worst wells fargo branch i have been into. It has the most incompetent staff and not enough staffing. Its too small and its the only one around. ?

EDITED - See endI have not been to the Aiken branch but, as a company, Wells Fargo is a horrible company with absolutely ZERO customer service. Rarely have I been more frustrated in dealing with a company. You would think a bank would value their customers more but not Wells Fargo. Do not do business with Wells Fargo bank at all - banks, credit cards, anything....EDIT: After posting the comment, Wells Fargo reached out and after talking to a couple people who still wouldn't help, I ended up speaking with someone in the Research and Remediation team. He was extremely helpful to my situation and came up with a solution that worked for both of us. He was certainly 4.5 stars. So we will meet in the middle. Thank you!
