I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years, and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes in ownership. Since the new owners took over, the quality of service at this store has significantly declined, and it is mainly due to the new employees.In particular, I have had multiple negative experiences with the young female manager who works during the morning into the afternoon. She has absolutely no customer service skills and is extremely rude. Every time I have interacted with her, I have left the store feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a customer.Not only is she rude, but she also seems to have no interest in her job. She is always in her own little world, ignoring customers who need assistance. It is evident that she has no care for her job and does not take her responsibilities seriously.Furthermore, the other new employees that have been hired since the change in ownership are also extremely unhelpful and seem to have no training or knowledge about the products in the store. They are quick to dismiss customers and are not willing to go the extra mile to provide good service. One new male employee has refused me and multiple people I know service due to just trying to correct him when he made a mistake when checking out. It's obvious he is new and doesn't quite know everything yet but doesn't give anyone a chance to help just immediately gets defensive and refuses service. He even went as far as to jerk my friend's drink out of her hand.As a long-time customer who usually comes to this store everyday due to living right down the street, I am saddened to see the decline in the quality of service at this store. It used to be a welcoming and friendly place to shop, but now it feels cold and unwelcoming.I have made the decision to take my business elsewhere because of the poor treatment I have received from the new employees. I'd much rather go to a store that is further away that has a more welcoming atmosphere than have to deal with the rude untrained employees at this store.In conclusion, I would NOT recommend this store to ANYONE under its new ownership. The lack of customer service and rude behavior displayed by the new employees, especially the young female manager, and the new male employee, make it a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I hope that the owners take notice of these issues and make changes to improve the service at this store.

The men's restroom smells like rear end and looks like the inside of a dumpster. One employee rolled her eyes when I asked for cigarettes

Miss Gloria and miss Sean or two of the best attendance I’ve ever experienced and I gas station before in my life if you’re out in Anderson early in the morning or anytime past midnight I recommend coming to the store and this one only they are the best store tenants I’ve ever come in contact with, and they both deserve a very large raise.

The girl at the front counter knew I was was getting the $3 pizza special so when I go to get my drink she very rudely says you got to pay for that. I said I thought the pizza came with the drink she says very rudely I only rung you up for 2 pizza's. Public Service Announcement: I understand folks have bad days but don't spred that negativity to other people. If you can't handle the pressure of dealing with. People on a day to day basis find another profession where you don't have to deal with the public.

They're probably one of the better 7-Eleven locations in/near the Belton area. They were closed down for a while, so it was surprising (to me) when they were just re-opened again after being closed for so long.

Store says it's open 24 hours go in to use the restroom after filling up the tank and the doors are blocked with a display and a sign saying restrooms are closed. Never stopping here again.

They have gas, but not once has a single pump at this place ever given me a receipt. The attendants are either too lazy to maintain the pumps or management has decided receipts aren't necessary anymore.Response to "Response from the owner" - Are you serious with that response or is that an automated response - it sure appears like it.

They have some of the most disrespectful employees I've ever seen. Was spending 50 to 60 dollars a night in there for work but not again. When you have customers at least don't be on your phone and wait on the customer with our your mouth going.

I fill up here a couple times a week and I drive for work alot . So hundreds a months goes to this gas station and I also fill up my girlfriends car here . I filled up both cars spend $115 just this one stop filling up both cars . Wanted to get the 2 for 1$ cookie instead he rang me up for a 2.99 chicken sandwich . When I realized after I paid and asked I was told I didn't use rewards. Still dosent make sense why I was charged for a chicken sandwich and it was discounted .79 when I got two cookies. That were supposed to be 2 for one dollar . Won't be filling up here anymore . If I run out of gas I will walk past this place with my gas can and go to the next near place. And the cookies were hard and stale. Pretty sure I dealt with the owner.

My fault that I didn't look at my receipt, while I went to go get my card,they overcharged me an additional 50.00 for a 10.54 purchase..not shopping there again!!!!!!!!! Crooked women!!! This happened on 06/30/2022 in the a.m.!!!
