The move-in process was easy and quick. All of my questions and concerns were answered and put me at ease. The facility grounds and my unit were clean. This site has a manager that lives on site. I thought that was a bonus. It made me feel more secure.

I had a great experience with Melissa who's in charge of this particular site. She was more than accommodating. I got a small unit but after bringing my first load of things, I realized it wasn't big enough. She took my call on a Saturday morning when she was out of town for a wedding, and arranged for me to be able to move to a larger place... that very morning. She didn't it with kindness and efficiency, not an ounce of seeming like she was inconvenienced. I'm not sure how the prices here compare to other places, but the service is worth a few extra dollars (if it is more). As well, the site is clean and well-maintained. I recommend!

The storage unit is convenient to where I live, the new owners have re-designed the entry to the units making them more secure, but easier to access for renters. Melissa at the Hopewell Road location has been very helpful and very kind each time I’ve come in to the office. Kudos to Midgard for hiring such a lovely person.I rent a 5 x 10 unit. The $54 per month rate is affordable. Melissa told me that I can download the app called “ Storage Genie“ which makes my access to my storage unit so much easier. no more punching in numbers, all I do is open the app and the gate opens! Modern technology is amazing-as is this particular location of Midgard storage! Robin M.

The office staff was unbelievably helpful when I was moving here in March. There has been 3 women that I have felt with and they are ALWAYS very helpful, professional and just pleasant. I’d use them again any time and recommend them anytime. The unit was perfect clean grounds were very clean.
