This location is hands down the best Aaron’s location ever! I recently paid off my dryer && still remember the day I walked in the store. I was helped by an employee named Jimmy who took the time and care to help me find a dryer in my price range and even helped me out with a pre-owned discount. There were so many options available and upon request, he went into great detail about all of the various choices he had available for me. I cannot express how amazing of an experience it was for me and will always recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable option with GREAT customer service. I went from spending triple at the laundry mat to one low bi-weekly payment. They were also able to deliver it to me even though I lived a couple of towns away! And the delivery guys were professional and went above and beyond as well. Definitely worth it!

if i could give 0 stars, i would. 0/10 do not recommend. they will come to your door from 8am to 6pm mutiple times a day even if you’re only a few days late. do not offer payment plans or extensions of any sort, adds bogus late fees. other words, buy something off marketplace in full.

If you wanna be verbally abused n berated by the Mgr Tommy than this is the place to shop. I had a bad start with my business relationship from thr start. When I first signed the agreement they kept rescheduling my delivery dates several times then damaged the products upon delivery. The day of delivery I was called several times cause the weren't sure exactly what was being delivered. My dealings with them got worse from there

Very nice people if you go in today to rent from aarons ask for Johnny my husband died ..and they were there were there for me..they had my back..I was fixing to send everything I had back to them..Johnny made it where I could keep what I had at a affordable price...I have Nothing but good things to say about this staff...Thank you Johnny

You guys are awesome Drew & Stephen were great they went above and beyond! My wife asked about the carton for our granddaughter and even though it didn't come with one they found one and brought it for her. Thank you again and they were fast efficient and professional!I received the product in perfect condition & I was given a tutorial on the features, Great job guys!

I didn't go here. But, I did drive through their parking lot and noticed that they leave their rent to own zero turn mowers and others outdoors in the rain. I get that they're mowers. But could you at least try to cover the rental property up and protect it before you try and take someone to the cleaners over your obsurd payments?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! disgusting customer service no communication with one another… will tell u one thing and not follow thru will tell u they will deliver your stuff and never show up and then make you out to be the problem!!!! A complete waste of time! Go to farmers home furniture instead!!!!!

My rating is specifically for Kinson and Larry the delivery team. They were fantastic. They definitely went the extra length to make sure i was taken care of and were professional and quick. They made sure everything was right and working properly before they left. And I know yall were super busy so we are grateful you prioritized us and our super tight timeline.The store employees I spoke to sadly get 0 stars. The girl was rude and the man told me moving a fridge was "my responsibility" after I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to have it moved and they tried to change it. Only one person there actually did seem like he cared after my landlord called them. So he will be the only exception to the zero stars and I'm sorry I didn't catch his name.
