On 6-9-21 I gave them a $261.00 deposit towards a carport. The scheduled install date was to be in 5 weeks, 7-16-21. On 6-22-21 I received a call from the installers (in N.C. ) confirming the installation. Waited, they did not show, or call. I called them on 8-1-21, and 8-9-21, and 8-20-21, and never reached a human, I left messages on their "install/scheduling" mailbox. I then visited the office again, where they were able to call the same number I had called, and they magically reached someone who said "my building was going through production" and would be ready in 5 days, or on 8-30-21. As I had already built protection for my vehicle, I no longer needed their imaginary building. Requested a refund of my deposit, and was told there are no refunds, even though they supplied nothing, and would not honor their schedule, or even contact me about the delay. So I gave them $261.00 and received nothing except wasted time. Am writing it off as a loss, due to not having the time for court action.

NO communication!!!! They messed up BIG time in measurements on our building !!! We did not get what we wanted!!!And it took a long time for some one to get back with you!!!!UPDATE:All star did respond and made it good with the our building!!!! Thank you for doing that !!We do love the color of our barn!!!Before door and after door!!!

I had my storage shed moved by these people they did an awesome job.The man that came out was really nice and knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job. Would recommend them highly.Thank you james for making this happen

No idea who Yal had working on 03/02/21 but I walked in and asked about the dog kennel for my police K9 and the male working there gave me three different prices and attempted to call someone in reference to delivering it to my residence and the cell phone on the desk rang at the same time. Dude couldn’t even make eye contact with me. I left and purchased from a competitor

BUYER BEWARE!!!! First I want to say that the owners were very polite people. However the secretary is another story. Let me begin by saying I bought the building so it wasn't about trying to get over. However there was a mistake made on the invoice that made the calculations look wrong. Because it was a weekend when I went in to get the building I paid half on the building because trying to finance through a bank wasn't happening, so they went through the rent to own place, when they called I was about to pay the other half(I absolutely do not like have small bills). So when she told me the price, I was like how? Well we went through the calculations it still was coming up wrong based on the amount shown on my invoice. Okay, I decided I would go talk the actually All star buildings to get a clear understanding of what was going on. That's when it went wrong, because based on the way the invoice was written it looked like I was being double taxed. We went over the numbers a few times and I was like they are still not adding up for this particular amount. Then just like that we found the error. My invoice didn't reflect the true taxes, because the computer was down the paperwork they gave didn't not have everything. The worse part was that the owner called her and she lied to him in my face saying I was mad which I spoke up while he was on the phone that I was not mad at all. Yet not one time did I raise my voice, not one time did I even talk to her off. Yet she was waving her hands and hitting her hands together at which one time I asked her not to do that because it was confrontational being that I deal with PTSD. She said oh I am sorry and did stop. She when I was letting her know that it was not good the way it was done so she could she where we were coming from with the numbers. Then she says do you just want us to come pick the building up? Like that never came out of my mouth as I had already paid half down on it up front. So my brother says yeah if you are going to give our money back. Her reply was it'll be a restocking fee. So why would you ask that when that was never a thought from the buyer and my brother did tell her ain't no one just coming on the property. She was very confrontational very unprofessional. Had we not paid all the money I would have told them to come get it. However, the loft building with porch that we picked out with the owners wife, we have elected not to get from them. You never know who people are and you should approach everyone with kindness. I am a doctor and my profession is to help people deal with emotions. There was no reason for her to react the way she did. Even after she saw the mistake her comment was well everyone makes mistakes(as I was leaving). And I told her that she was correct, and those mistakes trickle down to the customers and they ask questions. She could not find it in herself to be humble even after finding the mistake. So if you buy with them please beware. She said that the owners would call but we never got one. So that tells us that we need to buy somewhere else. I wish that the owners had a camera with audio so that they could hear how everything happened and how she was acting.

I have been a customer at All Star Buildings for years. Mary is helpful, professional and actually replies when you text her. Whenever I am not 100% sure as to how I want to set up my buildings, she has always asked me some questions like: what I plan on using it for, if the placement of doors/windows and wall matter, and other stuff like that. Then she gives me her advice on what she has seen that I may light. In the event I need a visual reference to see what she is referring to, she shows me other buildings that can show me what she is referring to for my building. When I just want to walk around trying to get ideas, she has no problems waiting for you to come to her. In other words, you won’t be harassed as soon as you step foot on the lot.
