We recently received a Brochure from Anderson Ford regarding their servicing options for our Lincoln. We took them up on the service offer of picking up our car at our home and returning it again after the service was completed.
It is a wonderful service, our car was picked up at the time arranged with the service department and returned after it was completed, and in addition our car was cleaned and carpets vacuumed.
Throughout the process we were kept informed and were consulted regarding work that was imminent to allow us to decide if we wanted to do it while the car was in the shop.
Every person we dealt with in the process was professional and friendly and we would thoroughly recommend this service.

I've been going to Quiklane for many years. There have been many highs and lows in service since I've been taking my car here, but with Tyler Rister as manager I've had no issues to date. Service has actually been fantastic under his tenure. Great customer service, ensures everything with the visit has gone well, takes pride in his department and ensuring quality service. If a problem occurs during servicing, he does his best to right what occurred.

They did a good job on my Ford edge.The only problem was they ordered the wrong sensor and had to reorder which delayed getting my car back but the good thing was it cost a hundred dollars more and they didn't charge me for it.They told me the part was on backorder but wound up being quicker than expected so all was good in the end.

Wednesday night I left Ga. to pick up my camper in NY, and was cranking up I 85 over the SC line about 75, when I heard a big Boom from under the hood. At first I thought I may have blown another tire, I'm pretty good at that, but I just had a new set installed a few weeks ago, and all of a sudden, I lost all power to my old Ford Excursion. I normally fuel up at Exit 21 in Anderson, and I was almost there, but I pulled off the exit before it anyway to take a look. You know, it's pretty dark in SC the middle of the night, but the truck was still running, still sounded ok and I dropped the hood and pulled back out on the highway. Unfortunately I couldn't get it over 55, so with flashers on I limped it up to the QT, and started to figure out what I was going to do in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere. I didn't see anything that jumped out at me wrong under the hood, and I have a bunk set up in back, so I just slept it off till morning in the parking lot. I Googled Ford dealerships near me, and there was one about 5 min. from where I was, so, off we go, hoping I won't have to scrap the truck I've owned for the last 22 years, that boom really sounded pretty bad. The Service Guys were there to write up vehicles before mechs. even got in for work, and after telling one what the problem was, he told me to pop the hood. The first thing he grabbed was the intercooler pipe, and that was it, the rubber boots that hold the pipe to the intercooler and the manifold popped off and he'd have one of his guys look at it when they got in at 8am. Half an hour later while waiting in the waiting room he came in and told me the boot needed to be replaced, it wouldn't stay put. He didn't have one in stock, and it'd be the next day before he'd be able to get a Ford boot, but there was an aftermarket one in town that he'd get and put on if it'd be ok with me. That was fine with me, and at 10am, happily by the way, I was at the cashier paying the bill, and ready to head north. Anyway, I know all new car Dealerships at one time or another get ragged on for either service or the price of service, but these guys were the BEST. From getting the job done, and me back on the road in 2 hours was something I didn't think was going to happen, and these guys deserve a big THANK YOU for doing just that. I know almost every other Dealer would've never installed an aftermarket part, and to get me on the road was above what most other Dealerships would do. And by the way, not only did the truck run fantastic, Anderson Ford of Anderson, SC is also fantastic, without a doubt. Thank you all again, you're the best Ford Dealership in the country.
