Prior to taking in my 2015 Ford fusion I spoke to Steve service representative. I explained to him the issues I was having with the transmission.and an extended warranty policy. When I arrived, I pulled right into the shop. He had all the information he needed,, gave him the keys and arranged for one of the drivers to take me back to my hone. Steve is professional, attentive great customer service .

Tommy and Joe and the rest of the team are great. Always have been helpful and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve never had a better experience in Anderson before. Will give them more business in the future and all my friends and family get their cars from here as well.

Quick lane provided me excellent service as always. Needed an oil change and a tire patched in a pinch, and they made it happen for me with plenty of time to spare.

Although the root issue with my repair has been complicated and difficult to track down, Stephen Brenneman has been a rock star. He has checked in, kept me in the loop, and has been steadfastly working to find and correct the issue. Absolutely top notch customer service. Having to have repairs on a vehicle is stressful enough, bit Stephen has continually mitigated that’s stress by keeping me updated.

My ford escape has been in the shop several times. I finally got a loaner after the 2nd time it messed up. I bought it from Anderson ford from a wonderful salesman and now it has been nothing but problems. Without going into too many unnecessary details. They told me my car was fixed yesterday for the 4th time now and tonight my service vehicle soon light is on after it skipped again. And my ford app alerted me that it was a power train fault. I’m so tired of not having a reliable vehicle. You would think an extended warranty would cover this but I guess they can’t figure it out and they need to because of the safety of me and my child being stranded on the side of the road.Editing to add that I finally got the Ford service department to pick up my vehicle again at around 4:30pm on Monday. Going to see if they could actually fix it this time which they probably can’t because I am dealing with something crazy on this vehicle and I just don’t understand it and it’s very frustrating to make a vehicle payment and to almost be out of extended warranty on a three-year-old vehicle. ? this is a 2020 Ford escape. Idk if I got a lemon or what. Slowly, but surely, maybe they will get a five star review from me instead of just the original one star. Thanks to the Ford service department for trying to fix it but I just don’t think they really know what to do honestly.

My 02 F150 needed significant repair as 2024 rolled around. Anderson Ford Service knows my truck after 20 years of history. Once again, they provided sound advice and timely work on this fix. Now I’m looking forward to another couple of decades of driving, hauling, hunting, towing, tail gating, turtle-dovin’, off roading, or more! Thanks Carter, Jeff and team.

Ford's Mobile Service came to my house to take care of a recall issue on my car. First time I used the mobile service and I have to say it was great. They were on time, professional and the work was done quickly.

I went to Anderson Ford to get a recall notice taken care of. They were friendly, efficient and got the work done less than 45 minutes. My service advisor, Steven, was super helpful and did a good job coordinating everything. The experience exceeded by expectations!
