I will never give to this place again. I gave them something and was told an employee was going to keep it for themselves. I walked out stunned and thought maybe it was a joke....now after thinking it through I'm not sure it was and regret choosing them

I had a intern tell me they check food out of the pantry for lunch,as well as they take home food for themselves,I find this very disheartening and wrong, especially since most of the food is donations from OUR community. The idea of them turning people away, who are in line for food because they are out then taking food home for themselves, is utterly sicking. The program needs a investigation, this same intern revealed personal details on cases, describing their situations and illnesses. I found this all really disturbing, and have since cut contact with this person. She mentioned another co worker who was associated with owning the jockeylot, just to prove my credibility. All this is really sad and scary for families in need.I pray someone looks into this. God Bless

What I can not understand is how can Aim only help people with court eviction notice, knowing that the chances of finding a place is almost Impossible and why won't they help a woman who is injured in a wheelchair .knowing that her leg won't heel, salvation army won't help her because they are not wheelchair access avalanche.

We did our application, it went through and they did pay our rent for two months and electric bill once. However they said three months for everything. We sent the water bill to them after they said to email it once we receive it. A month goes by and we never get email, or call back after leaving several voicemails. Our water got cut off. We go to the office and they were rude and said no to paying anything after they originally said they were going to help us. Told us to go elsewhere. They asked why we waited till last minute but we didn’t, we tried to get their attention for a month.
