It was the single handed worst experience I ever had with Bank of America I been with this bank fir over 15yrs..This branch was not only "RUDE" But the teller wanted you to know she didn't want you in her line cause she was closing soon..She made me Ft Rushed and that I was in her way of leaving...They were very cold in this particular branch not friendly at all...Worst experience....

Super freaking rude service, I’m a college student who needed to cash a scholarship refund check and I genuinely didn’t realize you needed an ID to cash a check and the drive thru teller legit laughed at me and said “yes ma’am it’s 3000” as if I were stupid. Super terrible service this time and actually the last few times. At this point I’m seriously thinking about just switching banks because I’m just tired of the rudeness nearly every time ?♀️?♀️ And after seeing all these negative recent reviews I definitely can see that happening!

This is towards BOAs executive response team Jaqueline Owens. They charged a fee when i wasnt responsible for this fee. I wasn’t getting anywhere with customer service and escalated my situation several times. They are unprofessional and sent a letter stating if i dont quit calling they will close my account. What type of services is this! I never got a resolution and just because they say it was denied they feel as if they dont need to speak with me!!! Nost horrible services ive ever received. Im closing ny account and going elsewhere. Do not give these people your money!

I visited the drive thru at this location. Pulled up to the window , the young lady working just looked at me, she didnt say how may I help you are anything. As a matter of fact she acted as if I was inconviencing her . I wrote down how I wanted my funds given back, she didnt even do that, I had to tell her again. Listen if you dont like working with the public or dont know how to interact with the public, you should not work at a bank. Its just ridiculous the way people act!!

Staff not so friendly. What is the point of going to the drive thru, when you have to get out of your car to receive your deposit bag thru the front door. I'm baffled.

NOT OPEN! Here on Friday 6/19/20 at 2:45 pm. Sign says, "We're here for you," but location is totally closed! A customer pulled up who was told by the Clemson Blvd. branch just now to come here! No one is here.

I've been using this branch, on and off, for about a decade; never has it been so awful. You'd think that at midday, going into the weekend before Xmas, they'd be adequately (at a min.) staffed and attentive. Sitting there, waiting for a CSA (the mgr., today), I witnessed a line back to the front door that never shortened as there were only 2 tellers to service clients, AS they also minded the drive-thru customers. I would still be sitting in the bank, waiting my turn in line while submitting this review, however due to the horrible (if not nonexistent) WiFi service I had to get up and step outside. You'd think they'd actually WANT their to customers to have great WiFi service while waiting with BANKING fresh on their minds.
